Fees & Services
I offer a calm, spacious therapeutic environment for children, teenagers, parents, and families. My practice is trauma‑informed, neuroaffirming, and grounded in systemic thinking. All in‑person sessions take place in my specialist sensory‑based studio in Pinner, designed to support young people who experience sensory sensitivities, anxiety, or overwhelm.
I offer full 60‑minute sessions because many of the young people and families I work with need time to settle, regulate, and transition in and out of the work. This pace supports emotional safety and deeper therapeutic engagement.
Below is a clear and transparent breakdown of my services and fees.
Initial Assessments
Individual Child or Teen Assessment (Online or In‑Person)
75 minutes — £200 (Includes a written clinical summary)
This extended session allows time to understand the young person’s sensory, emotional, and relational needs. The written summary can support school conversations or onward referrals.
Family or Couples Assessment (Online or In‑Person)
75 minutes — £200 (Includes a written clinical summary)
This is helpful when families or couples want clarity, shared understanding, or documentation to support communication with schools, GPs, or other professionals.
Ongoing Therapy Assessments
All sessions last 60 minutes unless otherwise stated.
In-Person
In-person sessions take place in my sensory‑based studio, which offers a calm, grounding environment for young people who benefit from sensory‑supportive spaces.

Saturday Fortnightly Sessions
I keep weekends protected for family time, but I offer one in-person Saturday slot (3pm–4pm) on a fortnightly basis for families who specifically need:
- a child‑friendly therapeutic space,
- a sensory‑supportive environment, or
- a safe, contained space for teenagers who struggle with weekday availability.
These sessions take place in my specialist sensory‑based studio.
Saturday Fortnightly Fees
- Individual Child/Teen Session (60 mins): £110 (online) / £130 (in-person)
- Family Session (60 mins): £150 (online) / £170 (in-person)
These fees reflect the additional personal and practical cost of weekend work and the therapeutic value of the sensory studio.

Written work requires dedicated clinical time outside of sessions.
These fees reflect the time, care, and professional responsibility involved.

This reflects the clinical time and care involved in providing thoughtful, attuned written support outside of sessions.
Why online & in-person fees differ
In‑person sessions take place in a specialist sensory studio equipped with resources designed to support:
- sensory regulation
- grounding
- co‑regulation
- creative expression
- trauma‑informed pacing
This environment is unique in the local area and offers therapeutic benefits that go beyond a standard therapy room.
